The Conway Symphony Orchestra Designer House wrapped up a few weeks ago and I am finally getting around to posting some pictures of my room. Just for fun, we tried to build, create, paint or restore every item in the room, and we got pretty close (ok, we didn't make the Rug!)
Since the designer house was in Hendrix Village, we went with a vintage collegiate Hendrix College theme. The trophies and photos were on loan from the Hendrix Athletic Department, including their oldest trophy dating back to 1910.
We created the lighting using pipe and fittings to give the room an industrial feel.
The art is a take on the Hendrix Shield Logo using reclaimed wood and baseball glove leather.
The desk is made from old reclaimed timbers topped with an aged galvanized metal top.
